Lars König (CEO)
Lars König is a highly experienced professional, proficient in diverse areas such as technology, product innovation, and leadership roles. His early career revolved around academic research in reading and speech psychology, later transitioning to training and consultation. Lars then cultivated a deep understanding of software development, first as a Senior Application Developer, and later leading a team for Speech Services.
His next career phase was characterized by an emphasis on Product Management, with considerable contributions to organizations like Qt and Dassault. These roles further honed his skills in steering product direction and understanding market needs.
One of Lars's significant career transitions was his move to executive leadership, where he took on the responsibility of a Business Program Manager for Automation and later as a Director of Product Innovation. He also showcased his expertise in software services in a directorial role.
Currently, Lars holds the position of CEO and Founder, underlining his entrepreneurial prowess and executive acumen in the technology sector. His career trajectory has been marked by continuous growth and innovation, demonstrating his commitment to staying ahead of the technology curve.
Sumer Bains (COO)
Sumer Bains is an highly qualified technology and business leader with a proven track record of driving strategic technological innovations and operations. He holds a current role as a Chief Operating Officer and has previously served as a Director of Software Services, AVP-Technology, and Head of System Integration and Product Development. As a CTO, he specialized in retail and smart city verticals, contributing significantly to the development of Android-based POS systems and software platforms for context-based data aggregation and analysis. Prior to these roles, he spent over a decade at Bosch, where he advanced from Architect (3D Maps) to Business Development Manager, gaining substantial experience in 2D and 3D map development for navigation systems and successfully leading a significant technology transfer project. His skills are further enhanced by his business acumen, developed during an executive management program at a renowned institute.
Ravi Shekdar (CTO)
Ravi Shekdar is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer with extensive experience in various areas of technology and software development. Early in his career, he made significant strides as a Project Leader at Robert Bosch, showcasing his leadership skills and technical acumen. Following this, he took on roles with increasing responsibilities where he demonstrated his proficiency in complete software responsibility, requirements, design, and core graphic engine development. He has also pioneered the development of efficient Map Management systems based on GPU, and a shader-driven technique for realistic rendering. As a project leader, he spearheaded multimedia projects, undertook 3D application development on various platforms, and worked on OpenGL-based medical simulations and bioinformatics/drug discovery applications. Throughout his career, he has shown a unique ability to transform innovative ideas into prototype products.
